Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 April 2025

At Fabniq, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a smooth and hassle-free return and refund process for our customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product if it meets the following conditions:

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The product is not listed under non-returnable items (see section 5).


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply:

  1. Go to My Orders in your Fabniq account.

  2. Select the item and click ‘Request Return’.

  3. Choose a valid reason and submit your request.

  4. We’ll arrange a free pickup within 2–4 business days.

You’ll receive updates via SMS or email throughout the process.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll ask for your bank details to transfer the refund.


4. Exchange Option

  • You may opt for an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

  • If the exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Lingerie and innerwear

  • Accessories (jewelry, belts, etc.)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards or vouchers


6. Damaged or Wrong Products

In case you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share a clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item via email or WhatsApp.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank or wallet.

  • Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@fabniq.in.
