At Fabniq, we are committed to delivering your fashion-forward products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, charges, and more.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and towns. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (metro cities may receive earlier).

• Remote Areas: Please allow additional 2–3 days for delivery.

• All orders come with a tracking ID, which will be shared via email or SMS after dispatch.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will apply.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at an additional fee of ₹50 per order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also check the status in the ‘My Orders’ section of your Fabniq account.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

7. Delays or Issues

In rare cases of shipping delays due to weather, strikes, or external factors, we will keep you updated. If your order is significantly delayed, feel free to contact us—we’re here to help!

8. Undelivered Packages

If our courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, it will be returned to us. We will reach out for re-attempt or refund as per the situation.
